About Barbara Heyn

Barbara Heyn is the founder of Atticus Consulting, LLC.  Prior to this role, Barbara held managerial positions for Ethicon Endo Surgery (A Johnson & Johnson Company) and GE.

She has over 15 years experience in the areas of teambuilding, leadership development, human resource development, organizational change and managerial coaching. Working in both corporate and non-profit sectors, clients have found her approach to be insightful, professional and effective. She has consulted in Europe, the Middle East and Mexico.

Barbara holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, a Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a certificate in Organization Development from NTL, Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences.   Barb was recently inducted into the Manchester's Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.
